Audio CDs, DVDs can only be returned if they are unopened and still in the original shrink wrap within 30 days of purchase date due to the risk of piracy. We will only replace defective CDs, DVDs, and Cassettes.

We offer a 100% guarantee for defective products and will replace the item unless it is no longer available. Contact Rocky Mountain Hunting Calls before returning defective products.
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund.
We will not refund or replace any items damaged due to intentional misuse or accidental damage by the customer. We will not issue refunds or replacements until we receive the merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging unless previous arrangements are made with Rocky Mountain Hunting Calls. Returned items must be accompanied by a note with customer’s name & address, phone number and a brief description on why the item is being returned.
